Jim "Jimbo" Yarborough on lifelong friends with Dick Brewer

We recently reached out to Jim Yarborough, a beloved shaper who has spent the past 50+ years surfing the Northshore of Oahu and shaping Balsa boards alongside greats like the late Dick Brewer.   In our interview, we learned a lot about Jimbo, including his Texas roots. How he learned to surf at the age of 8 in Galveston Tx and how much Surfing changed and helped to shape the person he is today.
